The first of its kind, the TF PRO Skate pioneered an industry-wide shift through its ‘built from the inside out’ manufacturing method, original design, and proprietary technology.

Transforming the premium skate category and raising the bar for fit and performance, the TF PRO Skate has become the skate of choice for over 73% of NHL goaltenders.

The 2021 TF9 Goalie stock skate is designed for goaltenders looking to enjoy TRUE’s patented one-of-a-kind skate technology and best-in-class fit, at a mid-level price point.

The skate is built with a proprietary high-grade carbon fiber one-piece shell construction and FIBERSHIELD Technology. It’s a thermoformed boot that offers a customized skate experience. TRUESHELL Tech seamlessly wraps the toe box, eliminating weak points around high impact areas and providing superior protection.

The antimicrobial, moisture-wicking liner keeps players’ feet dry while providing superior comfort through its multi-density foam construction.

Formed with a monocoque shell, the redesigned patented TRUE Toecap
delivers a sleek, low-profile design while offering ultimate skate attack angle and clearance.

Felt-lined and asymmetric, the TRUE tongue is lightweight, anatomically fit for enhanced comfort, and features Flex Guard to protect against lace bite.

The all-new, ultra-comfortable neoprene Achilles cuff allows for full ankle extension and mobility, while the exterior, low profile loop accommodates all strap sizes.

TRUE uses a soft, comfortable insole with plenty of ventilation holes to help keep a goalie’s foot cool and comfortable.

You can buy just the boot, the skates with the ice holder or we can custom mount a Hi-Lo Frontloader Goalie Chassis.

These conversions will be based on ice boots we special order; so please allow 1-2 weeks for the boots to come in and for us to carefully mount your chassis. Occasionally, we will have the size in stock.

You can then choose to add wheels and bearings to the cart or use some you already own and you’ll have a unique high-end skate where you’ve chosen the components that work best for your game. All of the senior setups will require eight 59mm wheels.

Sizing: Based on feedback from users and experienced fitters; the general consensus is to drop down a half size in the True boots vs. Bauer and Mission. This fit may feel too small before baking, but they open up quite a bit after being properly molded to your foot.  Please contact us if you need further help determining your size for a performance fit.

Customize your skates: We can sell you the stock skates or we can customize them by swapping the wheels, bearings or even the chassis. Almost anything is possible – message us so that we can work together to build your dream skates!
